CHICKEN, BEEF AND PASTA
Baked chicken, roast beef au jus, mostaccioli in rich tomato sauce, garlic herb roasted potatoes, fresh tossed salad or caesar salad, cole slaw, raw vegetable tray with ranch dip, freshly sliced fruit tray, assorted cheese tray, fresh baked rolls with butter.
CHEF'S CHOICE
Honey baked ham, roasted turkey breast, mashed potatoes in our savory gravy sauce, homemade stuffing, fresh tossed salad or caesar salad, cranberries in sauce, raw vegetable tray, assorted cheese tray, freshly sliced fruit, tray rolls and butter.
CLASSIC BBQ
BBQ baby back ribs, BBQ chicken, buttered corn on the cob, homemade chili, tortilla chips with salsa, fresh tossed salad or caesar salad, cole slaw, gourmet potato salad, raw vegetable tray, freshly sliced fruit tray, sssorted cheese tray, fresh rolls and butter.
ALL-AMERICAN
Spicy chicken wings (50), 1/2 pound charburgers, jumbo wisconsin brauts with sauerkraut, corn on the cob, homemade chili, gourmet potato salad, premium pasta salad, raw vegetable tray, assorted cheese tray, cole slaw, potato chips.

Rosemary roasted chicken, grilled italian sausage, peppers and onions, fettucinni with spicy marinara & creamy alfredo sauces, bruchetta caesar salad, premium pasta salad, fresh fruit tray, raw vegetable tray, assorted cheese tray, rolls and butter.
MEXICAN FIESTA
Grilled fajita beef, grilled fajita chicken, soft flour tortillas, grilled onions & green peppers, fiesta taco bar, seasoned ground beef & hard shell tacos, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes and onions, sour cream, chili con carne, spanish rice, chips and salsa, fresh fruit and cheese platter, assorted vegetable platter.

TWO HOUR OPEN BAR PRICED PER PERSON
A 25-person minimum and the purchase of a dinner package are required for open bar purchase. There are three options for this selection:
(1) Bottled beer, Wine and Soda
(2) House liquors, Bottled Beer, Wine and Soda
(3) Premium liquors, Bottled beer, Wine and Soda
DRINK TICKETS
Each guest receives a predetermined number of tickets. As tickets are redeemed, charges are accrued based on actual consumption.
CASH BAR
Guests are responsible for their own beverage purchases.
